Biography: Christian F. Murer
President and CEO

Education: Graduate Geological Engineering, Colorado School of Mines,
1956.
Christian F. Murer is the Company’s
founder, President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. Mr. Murer
is a 1956 graduate of the Colorado School of Mines with a degree in geological
engineering. Mr. Murer has operated
as an independent contractor for over 50 years in the oil, gas and mining
exploration business with experience in all phases of natural resource
exploration and development in the Western United States. In the 60’s and
70’s Mr. Murer was very active in the uranium mining business and did business
with Consumer Power Co, Michigan, Union Carbide, Conoco, Exxon, Union Oil, Gulf
Oil, Phillips Petroleum, and others.
Mr. Murer is also credited with locating one
of the largest uranium deposits in Utah that was developed into a major
production facility representing over $209,000,000 of capital improvements. The
project is now being mined by Denison Mines, a Canadian mining company. Mr.
Murer receives yearly royalties on production on his claims.
Mr. Murer has also pioneered one of the
largest geothermal resources in the Western United States and worked with
California Energy to develop this energy resource.
Mr.
Murer is also generally credited with pioneering the geology in the Cave Gulch
Gas Field in Natrona County, Wyoming. Today, Cave Gulch is a major natural gas
production area for Bill Barrett Corporation. Some of the prime leases held by
Amalgamated in the Cave Gulch and Boone Dome (a similar geological structure
located 12 miles southeast of Cave Gulch) are a result of the early work done by
Mr. Murer.

Young
Dean
Young is a graduate of the University of Iowa Business School 1964 and
University of Iowa Law School 1968.
Mr.
Young has over 40 years experience as a legal, real estate and management
professional.
Mr.
Young has business experience in real estate development and sales, wholesale
manufacturing operations, consumer marketing, and natural resources. Mr. Young
has been involved in a number of successful business start ups and business
ventures.
Mr.
Young has spent the past 15 years in the field of natural resources and has been
involved with developing the Teapot West Oil and Gas Prospect in Natrona County,
Wyoming; the Paymaster Lithium / Gold Prospect in Esmeralda County, Nevada; and
Uranium Prospects in Utah.
Mr.
Young is currently the manager of a number of natural resource companies.
Biography: George J. (Joe)
Kirn
Independent Consulting Geologist
Mr. Kirn has over 44 years experience as an exploration and development
geologist in the oil and gas industry. From 1957 to 1960 he was employed as a
petroleum geologist by Pan American Petroleum Corporation (now BP-Amoco), and
worked on exploration and development projects in Wyoming, Utah, Montana, North
Dakota, and Alaska. Since 1960, Mr. Kirn, has operated as a
consulting/independent geologist in the Rocky Mountain States mentioned above as
well as Kansas, Nebraska, Texas and New Mexico. His experience includes well
oversite, surface and subsurface geological mapping and interpretation, prospect
generation and evaluation, assembling of lease blocks and general prospect
development.
Mr. Kirn has
generated numerous oil and gas prospects in the Rocky Mountain area and is a
successful oil and gas finder. His geological interpretations leading to
involvement in the Cave Gulch Gas Field, Natrona County, Wyoming and the
Southwest Table Rock Gas Field, Sweetwater County, Wyoming are among his many
accomplishments.
Mr. Kirn also has
served as an expert witness in arbitration hearings concerning oil and gas
matters and has testified before the Oil and Gas Conservation Commissions in
various states.
Mr. Kirn is a graduate of the Colorado School of
Mines. He is a licensed Professional Geologist in the State of Wyoming and is an
A. A. P. G. Certified Petroleum Geologist.
