GEOLOGY
Mr.
Murer has applied his proprietary geologic theories and expertise in the
area to determine that there are potentially significant lithium brine
deposits in the prospect area. This proposal is based on that knowledge.
This proposal is intended to allow Investors to benefit in the ongoing
search for lithium brines in the prospect area by allowing individual
Investors to buy the mining claims that will be the foundation of what
we believe will be a significant lithium brine discovery.
Lithium
has seen tremendous price increases in the past and may in all
